Return and Refund Policy
At DIVERZI, all our products are made on demand (print-on-demand) and customized according to each customer's choices. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
Exceptions — when you are entitled to a refund or replacement:
We accept claims in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered)
In these cases, please contact us at shop.diverzi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and/or packaging
After review, we will proceed with a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
Legal notice: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
