Are our designs AI-generated?
Hard No.
Every single design on our store is 100% hand-drawn and created by real neurodivergent humans. DIVERZI does not support the use of AI to generate artwork, as we believe in the value of human creativity and supporting artists.
So, do we use AI for anything?
We value transparency, so: Yes, but only as an accessibility tool.
Writing texts, emails, and product descriptions can sometimes be a struggle for our brains (hello, dyslexia and executive dysfunction!). We use AI as a "virtual assistant" to help us find the right words when our minds go blank or to organize our thoughts.
The rule is simple:
- Art & Designs: Always Human.
- Texts & Admin: Sometimes AI-assisted (because we need help too).
When will I receive my order?
We know, waiting is the worst! But DIVERZI operates on a Slow Fashion (Print-on-Demand) model.
This means your item isn't gathering dust in a warehouse; it is made specifically for you the moment you place an order.
- Production: It takes us 2 to 5 business days to print your item.
- Shipping: Once printed, shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days (depending on where you live).
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Since every single item is custom-made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. As a small, sustainable brand, we don't hold inventory to process direct exchanges.

What if the item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email us immediately at shop.diverzy@gmail.com with a photo of the problem. We will sort it out and send you a replacement free of charge!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop.diverzy@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
Where do the orders come from?
We work with global partners. If you are in Europe, your order will likely ship from our facilities in Spain or Latvia. If you are in the US, it ships from the US. This helps speed things up and avoid customs issues!
Do your tags scratch?
Absolutely not! We believe scratchy tags should be illegal. All our t-shirts and hoodies are 100% Tagless. The size and care info is printed directly on the fabric, so you won't feel anything irritating your neck.
