Hello we are 2 AuDHD girls based from Portugal. We created DIVERZI because the job market was not a kind experience for us!
We wanted to create our own workplace, a safe space where our minds wouldn't constantly burn out or be overwhelmed. We needed an environment where we could work with people who actually understand us, without having to navigate exhausting social cues or play stupid corporate games.
That is how DIVERZI was born. We are an online apparel store creating designs for the adult neurodivergent community, served with a heavy dose of spice, humor, and empowerment. We are here to validate how our brains actually work.
Our goals for the future
- Be able to employee disable or neurodivergent people, because everyone deserves a fair chance to exist and work in the world without masking who they are.
- Create True Sensory-Friendly Apparel. We will be completely honest with you. While our current products are definitely comfy and soft for day-to-day wear, they were not custom-manufactured from scratch with severe clothing sensory issues in mind (simply for financial reasons right now). However, developing a 100% custom, sensory-safe line is our ultimate mission for the future.
